Accounting & Finance:

• Collaborate with consultants and directors to design financial workflows, policies, and systems.
• Handle basic accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and tax compliance.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
• Research and recommend accounting software or tools suitable for the company’s needs.

HR Functions:

• Manage employee records, payroll processing, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop HR policies in collaboration with consultants.
• Support in setting up a structured HR department.
